ProSonix provides steam heating solutions for industrial and commercial applications. From simple water-heating tasks to challenges such as heating heavy slurries and abrasive fluids,  With a unique variable-area steam nozzle, ProSonix Heaters internally modulate steam flow where steam and liquid first mix, maintaining constant steam pressure and velocity for smooth operation, all without an external steam control valve. Highly turbulent injection ensures instantaneous mixing and heating. Even with variable liquid flows and inlet temperatures, ProSonix Heaters regulate temperatures as accurately as the system surrounding it will allow, often within 1/2 degree F of setpoint.
